Very efficient and knowledgeable. Hands down the best service in the area. Had two emergencies with flooding this week. Bill arrived in no time and fixed all our issues. Could not ask for a better company. They want to get the job done and done right. I did not have to worry because I knew Bill would fix it. I 100% recommend them if you are in need of an amazing compassionate company when you are in a time of need. You will not be disappointed.

I really could not have asked for better service during such a hectic time. When our bathroom overflowed and damaged the floor and ceiling below I was worried it would cost a fortune. I had hired SERVPRO of Winooski in the past for carpet cleaning and was always impressed with the results. Recently, I called on them again but this time for storm damage cleanup. A trip to the basement to throw in a load of laundry I was shocked to find the entire basement covered in three inches of water from the rain storm. Furniture, carpets and sheetrock walls were all saturated. Bill and Jeff were my first call. They were here within a half hour and quickly had the water removed and drying equipment set up. The job was not covered by insurance and they were extremely generous with the cost to complete the job. Absolutely the best service I have received. Hope to not need them again for water damage but as always, they have my business when and if the time comes.

My home was cleaned from top to bottom following a small electric fire. The structural damage was minimal although the entire home had smoke damage throughout. The job they did was amazing! A job well done, the team at SERVPRO of Winooski Stowe has my business for life!

Fantastic Response Time!

I tried to DIY remedy a washing machine & sump pump flood on my fully carpeted hallway and bedroom. Finally I gave up and called the pros. And things got moving fast. Bill brought the real guns and the wetness was gone in no time. I was very happy with SERVPRO of Winooski/Stowe. I like Bill a lot, he is a funny guy. I would like to thank you for the fast, friendly, professional service I received. My home was under contract to be sold and the buyers had a home inspection completed the week before closing. Mold was discovered in the attic requiring fast turn around time in order to allow the closing to go as planned.
